2.2 Account Security

4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; the bonus is cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended.
• ek777 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer.
• A bonus applies once only and to a single account.

5.1 Deposits

To deposit funds into ek777, you may currently use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Once a deposit is completed, funds are generally credited to the account immediately.

5.2 Withdrawals

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer — are available for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Standard processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours. It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit.

5.3 Additional Provisions

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or in cryptocurrency are not permitted.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.

6.1 General Rules

Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings).

Example: as a Gold member, a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week earns ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. This is the maximum cashback for that tier.

• VIP tier upgrades depend on consistent activity and gaming volume.
• VIP tier may be downgraded if the account remains inactive.
• VIP benefits apply according to the current tier — benefits from a previous tier cannot be claimed.
• ek777 reserves the right to change or discontinue any VIP benefit.

• Attempted cybercrime or hacking.

9.2 Closure at the Member's Own Request

Any member may close their account on their own initiative. To do so, contact the support team via live chat or email. If any legitimate funds remain in the account, they will be returned after the verification process is completed.
